Have you taken a class with Xenia (Beant Kaur)?
A friend first introduced Xenia to Kundalini Yoga in 1998 when all she was looking for was some form of activity for her inactive body. Unable to formulate an opinion after taking the first class, she took another class, and then another, and another. Soon she discovered benefits beyond any expectations she ever had. Not only did she get the exercise she sought, but she discovered the chronic pain she had for 14 years began to diminish and then disappear altogether.
In her life, she found calmness in situations that normally frustrated her, tolerance where she was used to feeling anger, and focus and efficiency in the midst of harried deadlines. Xenia has been teaching since 2003 and became a certified yoga teacher in 2004. With an open heart, Xenia brings to her classes a vitality and understanding of everyday situations, emphasizing the breath and its connection to the teacher within.
Here is what students say about her:
"Love her! Channels the divine!"
"Very eloquent."
"She is fabulous!"
"Awesome, inspiring - the reason I took teacher training."
Xenia teaches at Yoga Yoga North on Thursday mornings at 9 AM.
